These terms apply to the guidance, consultancy and travel support services provided by Fast Approach Travel, founded by Hilary Rose in the United Kingdom.
Nature of the service
Travel guidance is practical and supportive only. Clients should always speak with their healthcare provider, airline, insurer and relevant travel professionals before confirming travel.
Not medical or legal advice
Nothing on this website or provided during a consultation is medical, clinical, insurance or legal advice. Decisions about fitness to travel, treatment, medication and insurance remain with you and your professional advisers.
Bookings and third parties
Fast Approach Travel researches and advises. Contracts for flights, accommodation, transfers, assistance and insurance are made directly between you and those providers, under their own terms.
Accuracy of information
Access details are researched carefully and in good faith, but providers can change facilities without notice. We recommend confirming critical access requirements directly before you travel.
Your responsibilities
Please share accurate information about your access, mobility and health needs so guidance can be genuinely useful, and tell us promptly if anything changes.
Fees and cancellations
The first consultation is free. Any paid services, fees and cancellation arrangements are agreed with you in writing before work begins.
