Frequently Asked Questions

Clear answers, before you begin.

If your question isn't here, ask it. Nothing is too small.

Who is Fast Approach Travel for?

People living with chronic illness or disability, dialysis patients, carers and families, and anyone who feels nervous about travelling because of health or access needs.

Is the first consultation free?

Yes. The first conversation is a free, unhurried call to understand your travel goals and access needs before anything is agreed.

Do you book the travel for me?

Fast Approach Travel is a guidance and planning service. We research, prepare and advise; booking arrangements are discussed and agreed with you personally.

Can you help with dialysis travel?

We help you prepare the practical questions and plan around treatment timings, travel distances and rest. Treatment arrangements themselves are always confirmed with your clinic and provider.

What if I use a wheelchair or mobility aid?

Access is the starting point, not an afterthought. We check step-free routes, transfer distances, room and bathroom layouts, seating and assistance options.

Can my carer or family join the consultation?

Always welcome. Many consultations include partners, family members or carers so everyone is planning from the same place.

How long does a consultation take?

Usually 60 to 90 minutes, by video or phone. You receive written notes and next steps afterwards.

Do you give medical or legal advice?

No. Guidance is practical and supportive only — always speak with your healthcare provider, airline, insurer and relevant travel professionals before confirming travel.

Where is Fast Approach Travel based?

The United Kingdom, working with travellers across the UK and destinations in Europe, the Caribbean and beyond.
